It has a set of independent functions forming a coherent application to the final user. It converts results from CAE softwares into an extended-like csv format to form an homogeneous database. Analysis ( measurements, sorting,...) are then possible in a textual and graphical manners to understand the behaviour of a system in the clearest way.

These are text format, readable without need of specific software, and without complex structure, it means for which it is easy to create a translation script, from and to CSV format. There are used as import or export format, for example : SVG, STL, TXT, DXF,... A few binary format are used, but either they are translated by external applications or these are "image" format. GIF and PNG format are processed internally in TkFab®. TKFAB is a rich CSV format, where certain lines have dedicated functions : units, signal names ...

Only the source code has a version number, the delivered executable has a serial number and a date that are in the help panel. Like a serial number for an engine, it is unique. The date is used for a better support. These informations are in the help panel. The license of the software is also in the help section.

Yes, it is an independent software that need no other piece of software but itself ! You can copy it, move it in any directory where you have the necessary rights.

At the end of the 10 days trial period, and in case of purchase, a definitive password is delivered. If you prefer to wait or decide not to acquire a license, most of the functions are inhibited, but are again valid when entering a correct password. The dialog window "password" is available by selecting the F2 key.
